Public Comment Period  At 6:30 p.m., immediately preceding Call to Order, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public comment period for the purpose of allowing the non-elected general public the opportunity to address the Board on any subject of concern that is not the topic of a current or previous Public Hearing before the Village Board. Each person who wishes to address the Village Board of Trustees may do so at the podium for a maximum of 3 minutes. The Board will only receive comments during Public Comment. The Public Comment portion of the meeting is scheduled for a total of 15 minutes in length but will end sooner if the Village President has determined that there is no one else present who still wishes to speak. After Public Comment has ended, there will be a short recess to begin broadcast of the Board of Trustees Meeting.

b.   Bill Approval for April 2019 in the amount of $10,107,917.33
 
c.   Approval of Operator's License application(s) per the attached list:
 
6.   New Business - Discussion and possible action on the following items:
 
a.   Proposal from KPRG and Associates, Inc. for the Remediation and Construction of the Mill Pond Parking Lot, Project #64070.
 
b.   Three Party Agreement between The Village of Menomonee Falls, The Wisconsin Department of Transportation and Ayres Associates, Inc for Design Services for the Lilly Road Bridge Replacement Project, I.D. No. 2720-09-00.
 
c.   Resolution approving an offer to purchase and delegating final authority to the Village Manager to take all steps necessary to complete the acquisition of easements and a secondary residential building on property located at W169 N8676 Sheridan Drive and further identified by Tax Key Number MNFV0038991.
 
d.   Award of Contract for 2019 Curb and Gutter Replacement Program, Project No. 41214.
 
e.   Assessable Footages and Estimated Special Assessment Rates for the Town Line Road and Lisbon Road Water Main - Redbud Lane to Taylors Lane, Project No. 72058.
 
f.   Approval of Village President's Revised Appointments of Trustees to the following Boards and Committees:
  • General Government Committee:  Jeremy Walz, Randy Van Alstyne, and Paul Tadda
  • Utilities and Public Works Committee:  Katie Kress, Tim Newman, and Steve Taggart
