a.   Public hearing regarding an Ordinance amending the land use component of the Comprehensive Plan by reclassifying 14 parcels generally located on the easternmost 1,700 feet of Schlei Road, from the Agricultural Holding Area Land Use Classification to the Rural Density Residential Land Use Classification.  The subject parcels are identified by Tax Key Numbers 21.994.001, 21.994.002, 21.994.003, 21.994.004, 21.995, 21.996, 21.986, 21.997.004, 21.997.003, 21.997.002, 21.997.001, 21.998.001, 21.998 and 21.998.002.

Action Item:
