   1. Call to Order - 6:00 pm by President Rau.
   2. Approval of the minutes of the regular meeting Mar 11, 2015.

   4. New Business - Items for Discussion and Approval
   a. Job Descriptions - Youth Library and Reference Librarian job descriptions have been revised.  Schall is recommending the board approve the job descriptions as presented.

   5. President's Reports - No report.
   6. Director's Report
   a. Jefferson County Update - There is a possibility that 8 Jefferson County libraries will be joining the Waukesha County Federated Library System and create a new library system. If this happens the system will get an increase in state aid. In theory our fees would also go down because databases, and costs will be shared over more libraries. More will be known at the July meeting.
   b. Youth Art Month Parochial - The parochial art reception brought in 255 people. It was a success.
   c. Website - we have a deadline for completing the website of May 1. JJ Berger has been working hard on getting things in order.
   d. Book Sale - Our book sale is May 7-9.
   e. Early Literacy Corner Grand Opening April 25. We added more lights to the corner. New toys and decorations will be going out before April 25. We are in the process of purchasing 2 iPads for the youth library each with 15 age approprate apps.. We will also be adding Playaway Views and Playaway Bookpacks to our collection.

The 1000 Books before Kindergarten app will be released soon.
   f. Other - we are expecting new internet computers to go in next week. Village IT first needs to put in new switches.

National Library Week is this week. It is also National Volunteer Week. As a thank you for their service, the library gave each board member a small gift.
   7. Trustee's Report - Trustee Walz gave a report of the village happenings.
   8. Friends' Report - no report from the Friends.
   9. Next Meeting: Wednesday, May 13, 2015 Library Board Room.
