Commissioner Christine Wilczynski-Vogel called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Present:	Commissioner Gerry Luisier; Commissioner Karen Nelson; Commissioner Christine Wilczynski-Vogel
Absent:	Chairman Michael Santimauro; Commissioner Carl Bahneman
Staff Present:	Police Chief Mark Waters; Commission Secretary Jean Szczygielski


				MINUTES Approval of minutes from previous meeting held on January 20, 2021


				Motion by Commissioner Karen Nelson, second by Commissioner Gerry Luisier to approve the minutes of January 20, 2021

				Vote: 3 - 0 Motion Carried

				Consideration and possible action on the promotion to the rank of Captain of Police


				Motion by Commissioner Gerry Luisier, second by Commissioner Karen Nelson to approve the Police Chief's recommendation to promote Lieutenant Steven Rudie to the position of Captain of Police effective February 28, 2021.

				Vote: 3 - 0 Motion Carried

				Consideration and possible action on the promotion to the rank of Lieutenant of Police


				Motion by Commissioner Karen Nelson, second by Commissioner Gerry Luisier to approve the Police Chief's recommendation to promote Sergeant Jason Gruszynske to the position of Lieutenant of Police effective February 28, 2021.

				Vote: 3 - 0 Motion Carried

				Consideration and possible action on the promotion to the rank of Sergeant of Police


				Motion by Commissioner Karen Nelson, second by Commissioner Gerry Luisier to approve the Police Chief's recommendation to promote Johnathon Eckert to the position of Sergeant of Police effective February 28, 2021.

				Vote: 3 - 0 Motion Carried

				Police Chief Report Police Chief Mark Waters gave the report.

				Motion by Commissioner Gerry Luisier, second by Commissioner Karen Nelson to adjourn at 5:31 p.m.
