February 2, 2021
Chairperson Dave Glasgow called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.

Approval of Minutes of the January 5, 2021 Plan Commission minutes.

Member Anthony Ash to approve the minutes of the January 5, 2021 Plan Commission meeting.

APPEARANCES
Consideration of an initial presentation at the request of the
SOCIAL HAUS
to obtain Planned Infill Development (PID) Overlay Zoning for two building additions on the property located at N48W18490 Lisbon Road
The applicant, Dan Della with the Social Haus, N48W18490 Lisbon Road, and the architect, Gregg Prossen of the Consortium ae LLC, 735 N Water Street, Ste 1228, Milwaukee, WI 53202 were present to answer questions from the Plan Commission.
However, since public hearings are mandatory for all PID projects, no action was taken and a public hearing is scheduled for the March 2, 2021 Plan Commission meeting.
Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding the final plat of
EDGEWOOD PRESERVE
, located on the North side of Good Hope Road, East of Town Hall Road, on the southern portion of the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 64.986

Member Chris Rolenc,
second by
Member Paul Curtiss to recommend the Village Board of Trustees approve the Final Plat of the Edgewood Preserve Subdivision subject to compliance with all 24 conditions noted by Village Staff, the 8 conditions noted by Waukesha County, and all conditions required by the Department of Administration found in the February 2, 2021 Staff Report.

Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding the adoption of an Ordinance adopting the
SOMMERSFIELD PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
, located on the east side of Clover Lane, approximately 1,000 feet north of Silver Spring Drive, on the parcel identified by Tax Key Number 111.999.

second by
Member Paul Curtiss to recommend the Village Board of Trustees approve the Planned Residential Development (PRD) ordinance attached to the February 2, 2021 Plan Commission Staff Report.
