Village President, Joseph Helm, called the meeting to order at 6:37 p.m. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Village President Helm opened the public hearing for comment. There was no one present who wished to speak at the public hearing. The public hearing was closed.

  Motion by Trustee Jeremy Walz, second by Trustee Randy Van Alstyne to move item 8.a., Sewer Rate Modifications, up on the agenda.

  Presentation by Trilogy Consulting on Sewer Rate Study
Christine DeMaster from Trilogy Consulting gave a presentation on the results of the consultant's sewer rate study.

  Motion by Trustee Jeremy Walz, second by Trustee David Glasgow to adopt a resolution approving the Sewer Rate Modifications for 2018. (Resolution No. 1173-R-17)

  Motion by Trustee Paul Tadda, second by Trustee Bonnie Lemmer to adopt the resolution approving the Final Plat for the Brookdale Estates Subdivision located on the northeast corner of Pilgrim Road and Lisbon Road, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 35, Tax Key Numbers 139.993, 139.994 and 139.995, PRD Planned Residential Development District, Shoreland-Wetland District and FF Floodfringe District subject to the 50 conditions as recommended by the Plan Commission at the November 7, 2017 meeting. Trustee Katie Kress recused herself from discussion and voting on this agenda item.
  Motion by Trustee Paul Tadda, second by Trustee Bonnie Lemmer to adopt a resolution approving the Final Plat for the Silver Spring Estates Phase 4 Subdivision located on the east side of Town Line Road, South of the Union Pacific Railroad Tracks, in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 30, Part of Tax Key Number 118.997.000, PRD Planned Residential Development District subject to the 3 conditions as recommended by the Plan Commission at the November 7, 2017 meeting. (Resolution No. 1175-R-17)

  Motion by Trustee Paul Tadda, second by Trustee Bonnie Lemmer to approve the request of Barre District - Menomonee Falls  to obtain a Conditional Use Permit allowing an indoor fitness facility at the Woodlands Marketplace located at N72W13350 Lund Lane subject to the 7 conditions as recommended by the Plan Commission at the November 7, 2017 meeting. The subject site is identified by Tax Key Number 51.994.008 and located in Planned Development District No. 1.

  Motion by Trustee Paul Tadda, second by Trustee Bonnie Lemmer to adopt a resolution approving a Certified Survey Map dividing lands located on the South side of County Line Road, approximately 2,000 feet west of Maple Road subject to the 11 conditions as recommended by the Plan Commission at the November 7, 2017 meeting.  The subject parcel is currently identified by Tax Key Number 18.999.005.   Motion by Trustee Jeremy Walz, second by Trustee David Glasgow to approve the proposed settlement agreement with Paul Nooyen related to Village of Menomonee Falls v. Lodging Investors of Menomonee Falls, LLC, et al., Waukesha County Case No. 11-CV-3946.
