a.   Consideration of approval for U-HAUL MOVING & STORAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS for exterior color changes to the self-storage facility owned by AMERICO REAL ESTATE.  The subject site is located on the Northeast corner of Pilgrim Road and Shawn Circle, in the Southwest ¼ of Section 26, Tax Key Number 103.985.003, I-1 Light Industrial District. b.   Consideration of approval on the request of THE ALUMNI CLUB for exterior modifications to the building owned by HARVEY FRIESS located at N88 W16718 Appleton Avenue, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 3, Tax Key Number 11.210, in the C-2 Community Business District and Village Centre Overlay District. c.   Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees on the request of CAPRI SENIOR COMMUNITIES to obtain a Conditional Use Permit for a senior housing community proposed adjacent to the Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church.  The proposed development would be located on the South side of County Line Road between Cross View Way and the high tension power lines, in the Northeast ¼ of Section 5, Part of Tax Key Number 18.999.005, P-2 Institutional District.
