   1. Call to Order by President McGibany at 6:02 PM.
   2. Consent Agenda: Items listed under consent agenda will be approved in one motion unless any Board member requests that an item be removed for individual discussion. That item can be considered at an appropriate time during the Board's regular order of business or under New Business.
   a. Approval of the minutes - last regular meeting, special meeting on 1/6/2021
   b. Library Expenditures December 2020
  Motion by Trustee Randy Van Alstyne, second by President Carole McGibany to approve the minutes of both meetings as amended and the expenditures. Carried

   3. New Business - Items for Discussion/Action/Possible Approval:
   a. Library Legislative Day - Library Legislative day has gone virtual this year. There will be a video conference on February 16 in the morning and virtual appointments with legislators spread out during the week. If you are interested in attending, please let Jackie know.
   b. 2022 Big Read Grant Application
  Motion by School District Superintendent Corey Golla, second by Secretary/Treasurer Peggy Haas to proceed with the 2021 NEA Big Read grant application. Carried.

   4. Unfinished Business - Items for Discussion/Action/Possible Approval:
   a. 2021 Library Services Plan Update - Jackie updated the board on the Library Services Plan. The Library opened for in-person browsing new books and computer appointments Monday-Saturday 11-4 with extended hours on Tuesday until 7. We are stressing to staff to stay safe and strongly encouraging patrons to continue to use curbside.
   5. Trustee Education - The Board discussed Chapter 24 Library Friends and Library Foundations. Jackie Rammer reported that we have an awesome Friends group that listens to the library's needs.
   6. President's Report: McGibany commented that she is happy that the 2021 service plan is so far successful. Glad to see we are moving in a the right direction and able to provide more services to the public safely.
   7. Director's Report: Rammer discussed the Director's report (attached).
   a. Correspondence and other information - none
   8. Trustee's Report: VanAlstyne reported recent happenings within the Village.
   9. School District Report: Golla reported that all elementary schools are face to face and next week middle and high school will be 100% in person.
   10. MFPL Friends' Report: Haas reported that there is a friends meeting next week.
   11. Next Meeting: Wednesday, February 17, 2021
   12. Topics for next meeting agenda
   13. Adjournment with nothing further to discuss.
