Consideration of a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding the potential to rezone seven properties generally located near the intersection of Main Street and Lilly Road from the C-1 Neighborhood Business District, C-4 Suburban Retail Business District and I-1 Light Industrial District to the Planned Development District (PDD) No. 2. The subject parcels are identified by Tax Key Numbers 3.977, 41.994, 41.999, 46.992, 46.993, 46.995, and 46.996.003.
