A.   Resolutions of support for affordable Housing Tax Credit applications - Joseph Development, Gateway West, and Colonial Square.
B.   Resolution granting a Certificate of Design Compliance - former Embers Site (209 North Riverfront Drive); by request of Brennan Companies, d/b/a Brennan Properties of Minnesota, LLC. 
C.   Resolution accepting Redevelopment Grant and authorizing City Manager to execute Redevelopment Grant Agreement for Bridge Plaza.  
D.   Consideration of bids on Capital Improvement Project 10668; Poplar Street and Branson Street Improvements.
E.   Consideration of bids on Capital Improvement Project 10665; 2019 Alley Improvements.
F.   Resolutions requesting the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota to remove various road segments and establish various road segment on the Municipal State Aid System. 
G.   Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a multi-year agreement with the Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA) for the purposes of operating the Tourtellotte Park swimming pool.
H.   Set June 10, 2019, as date of public hearing for modification of development district 36 and establishment of tax increment district 36-2.
5.   Public Hearings
A.   Resolutions amending Land Use Plan and approving Planned Unit Development and ordinance rezoning of Lot 1, Block 1, ISD 77 Subdivision from R-1, One-Family Dwelling District to R-2, One- and Two-Family Dwelling District; by request of Joseph Development.
B.   Resolutions amending the Mankato Lutheran Home (Pathstone) Institutional Overlay District campus plan to allow for the construction of an independent senior living and memory care wing and to approve a variance to reduce the rear yard setback to zero feet for the purpose of constructing off-street parking and a canopy. The subject property is described as Lot 1, Block 1, Mankato Lutheran Home Addition, Lot 1, Block 1, Mankato Lutheran Home Addition No. 2, Lot 2A, Block 1, Mankato Lutheran Home Addition No. 2 (708 Mound Avenue).  
C.   Resolution adopting the 2019/2020 Action Plan for the City of Mankato Consolidated Plan. 
D.   Ordinance amending Section 5.35 of the Mankato City Code relating to Tobacco (amending the purchase age from 18 to 21).
6.   City Manager’s Report
A.   Resolutions declaring Hoffman Road to be an urban district and that the speed limit be posted at 30 mph from Victory Drive to Trunk Highway 22.
B.   Report on Transit Service Pilots - Kato Flex Service and Summer Youth Service
7.   Reports of City Council Members
  Airport Commission Meeting notes from March 26, 2019.
  Planning Commission Meeting minutes from April 24, 2019.
