The project consists of the design and installation of a mosaic mural at the Karns Senior Center. The total cost of the contract will be $4,050.00 with the grant covering 50% and Knox County Stormwater responsible for 50% which is budgeted in Knox County Stormwater's current FY budget as part of the NPDES Program. Knox County Stormwater's cost may be lessened by donations from outside sources in support of the project.
