RLA-8406   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Knox County's 2018 Annual Action Plan Update to the 2015-2020 Consolidated Plan to identify activities Knox County will undertake during the program year beginning July 1, 2018 and ending June 30, 2019.  Funding for the activities is through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to address priority needs in housing and the community in furtherance of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) programs and authorizing the acceptance of Federal funds in the estimated amount of $1,058,264 for the CDBG program and $302,639.00 for the HOME program.  Any increase or decrease in the actual CDBG 2018 allocation will be applied to public service and single-family housing rehabilitation.  Any increase or decrease in the actual 2018 HOME funding allocation will be applied the Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) activity.
