ELECTRONICALLY VIA ZOOM STREAMING, PURSUANT TO TENNESSEE GOVERNOR BILL LEE'S EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 65. THE BOARD WILL MEET FOR AGENDA REVIEW AT NOON. ALL AGENDA ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO VOTE.
