RLA-9257   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a contract between Knox County and the State of Tennessee, Department of the Military, Tennessee Emergency Management Agency. Funds will be utilized to provide equipment for Knox County first responders and training for the 16 counties that comprise Tennessee Homeland Security District 2.  Knox County is the host county for District 2.

RLA-9214   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Grant Renewal Contract between the State of Tennessee, Department of Health and The Government of Knox County DBA Knox County Health Department for the provision of HIV/STD/Viral Hepatitis Prevention and Surveillance services. This Grant Contract shall be effective for the period beginning on January 1, 2019 and ending on December 31, 2019. In no event shall the maximum liability of the State under this Grant Contract exceed $406,100.00. (No local match required.)

RLA-9219   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Grant Contract between the State of Tennessee, Department of Health and the Government of Knox County DBA Knox County Health Department for the provision of Fetal Infant Mortality Review and Community Infant Mortality Reduction services. This Grant Contract shall be effective for the period beginning July 1, 2019 and ending on June 30, 2020. In no event shall the maximum liability of the State under this Grant Contract exceed $150,000.00. (No local match required.)

RLA-9221   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a contract with Gresham Smith and Partners in the amount of $300,000.00 for a Greenway Corridor Study for Knox County to identify priorities and long range improvements.  Four major corridors will be included which are Northshore, Beaver Creek, Chapman Highway and a portion of John Sevier Highway.

RLA-9252   Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an amendment to the office lease contract with Commercial Park Lease.  The Recovery Court and Veterans Treatment Court will move from 900 E Hill Ave., Suite 310 to 900 E Hill Ave., Suite 480, and will save an estimated $18,000.00 per year.  Knox Recovery Court and Veterans Treatment Court is funded through an on-going grant from the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
