| Discuss and consider action regarding the submittal schedule for Dry Utility Permit Applications pursuant to Article IX, Section 9 (a) (1) b. of the Composite Zoning Ordinance; Leander, Williamson & Travis Counties, Texas. |
| BACKGROUND: |
The Composite Zoning Ordinance require that the Director of Planning presents a submittal schedule for Site Development Applications to the Planning & Zoning Commission for approval. This submittal schedule shall be reviewed and approved annually by the Commission.
The Commission approved the schedule at the August 22, 2019. Since that date, we would like to modify the review schedule for Dry Utility Permits. We have determined that the completeness check time frame is not necessary. |
