AGENDA SUBJECT:
Conduct a Public Hearing regarding Zoning Case 19-Z-006 to amend the current zoning of SFU/MH-2-B (Single-Family Urban/Manufactured Home) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with the base zoning district of SFT-2-A (Single-Family Townhouse) on one (1) parcel of land approximately 2.38 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R036579; commonly known as 1201 Horizon Park Boulevard, Leander, Williamson County, Texas.

BACKGROUND:
This request is the second step in the zoning process.  
APPLICANT/AGENT:
Civilitude LLC (Christina Wait) on behalf of Ronnie Rawlinson.
RECOMMENDATION:
See Planning Analysis.  The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended to approve the request with the amendment from the applicant to reduce the density to eight (8) units during the September 12, 2019 meeting.
