EXECUTIVE SESSION AND BRIEFING WORKSHOP  - CONVENE AT 6:00 P.M.
 
1.   Open Meeting.
 
2.   Confirm Quorum Present.
 
3.   Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, and Section 1.05, Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct to consult with legal counsel regarding:
(1)  HBA Residential Care Group, LLC v. City of Leander, HUD Case No. 06-19-5454-8 and a proposed conciliation offer; and 
(2) the prior City Manager's employment agreement and strategy, litigation, and resolution of Cause No. D-1-GN-19-004678, Kent Cagle v. the City of Leander, in the 200th Judicial District Court, Travis County, Texas.
 
Reconvene into open session to take action as determined appropriate in the City Council's discretion regarding:
(1)  HBA Residential Care Group, LLC v. City of Leander, HUD Case No. 06-19-5454-8 and a proposed conciliation offer; and 
(2) the prior City Manager's employment agreement and strategy, litigation, and resolution of Cause No. D-1-GN-19-004678, Kent Cagle v. the City of Leander, in the 200th Judicial District Court, Travis County, Texas.
 
4.   If time allows, the City Council may ask questions of Staff about any item that is posted on the agenda for the Regular Meeting.
