Agenda Item Description or Legislation Title
An Ordinance Authorizing Additional Transfers Between Various Funds Of The City Of Huber Heights, Ohio And Amending Ordinance No. 2018-O-2357 By Making Supplemental Appropriations For Expenses Of The City Of Huber Heights, Ohio For The Period Beginning January 1, 2019 And Ending December 31, 2019.

Purpose and Background
The supplemental appropriations are for the following purposes:

- $9,000 transfer from Montgomery County TIF Fund to G.O. Bond Retirement Fund for debt payment on bonds.
- $216,000 transfer from Sewer Fund to Sewer Capital Fund for Cosner Lift Station.
- $7,290 for General Fund tax settlement collection fees from the County.
- $6,500 for Fire Fund tax settlement collection fees from the County.
- $23,000 for vehicle for Parks Manager.
- $11,000 for encasing an exposed water line.
- $600 for Sewer Fund assessment collection fees from the County.
