License Agreement - Old Taylorsville Inn Property

Purpose and Background

Hemmelgarn Services has asked to be able to make use of the abandoned property owned by the City where the old Taylorsville Inn was located. The site was previously used for staging during the construction of the new water softening plant. Hemmelgarn agrees to maintain the property in exchange for its use to store containers.
