A Resolution Authorizing And Directing The City Manager To Negotiate And Enter Into A Purchase Agreement For Certain Land And Combine Such Land Within Project #2 Of The Transformational Economic Development.

Purpose and Background
The City purchased property located in the 6100 block of Brandt Pike and now has an opportunity to participate in the purchase of property located beside and behind said property in the heart of the Brandt Pike Targeted Revitalization Area.  This purchase will continue Project #2 of the Transformational Economic Development (TED) Program and allow the City to expand the opportunities for redevelopment and new investment into the area.  The process of the TED program will be used and is well suited for this next step of investment and re-development within Huber Heights.
