The applicant, Mike Collins, dba Cleanall Pressure Cleaning is requesting a variance from Section 1189.07 - b4, Ground Signs.  Ground Mounted sign to be placed 6 ft from the sidewalk to allow sign to be visible from the street.  Property located at 4945 Kitridge Road.
