Purchase Justification:

This request is to approve Change Order #2 to Engineering Services Agreement COG002 to M&S Engineering, LLC.  Under this addendum, M&S Engineering, LLC, will provide construction management services for the construction of the TMPA Steep Hollow to Keith Switch 138kV Transmission Line.  Services will include transmission line patrol and inspections, construction and safety oversight, material management, and other general activities needed to ensure proper construction of the line.  This is part of the approved TMPA Steep Hollow to Keith Switch 138kV Transmission Line Rebuild CIP project and will be reimbursed at 100%.

Evaluation:

M&S Engineering, LLC, was awarded the original PO 29905 in the amount of $144,000.00 at the March 3, 2020, City Council Meeting.  Change Order #1 was approved in the amount of $75,990.00 at the March 2, 2021, City Council Meeting.
