Item Title:    Kingsbridge Alley, Channel & Wastewater Mains Improvements

Purchase Justification:
This request is to provide construction services to replace approximately 5,705 linear feet of sanitary sewer at the Kingsbridge channel including four (4) adjacent concrete alleys.  All 6” sewers will be upgraded to 8” PVC, and the 8” sewer in the Kingsbridge Drive channel will be upgraded to 10” PVC.  An Optional Contingency is included for any additional work that may be required.
Evaluation:
A request for bids was issued in accordance with Purchasing procedures.  Five (5) bids were received and evaluated with Excel Trenching submitting the Straight Low Bid.
