Item Title:    Engineering Services for Star Crest Alleys Wastewater Mains & Paving Improvements

Purchase Justification:
This request is to obtain professional engineering design services for the replacement of approximately 7,220 linear feet of 8” wastewater main, including manholes and service laterals and approximately 8,435 square yards of concrete paving for alleys.  The construction will cover the alleys between Twilight Drive and Dawn Drive, Dawn Drive and Sunset Drive, Sunset Drive and Pleasant Valley Road, Pleasant Valley Road and Milky Way Drive and Milky Way Drive and Moonlight Drive.
Metropolitan Infrastructure, PLLC, was selected as the Most Qualified firm for this project from RFQ 0212-19 based on their previous experience on College Manors Wastewater Mains & Alley Paving Improvements, a project of similar scope and magnitude.
