Item Title:    GP&L College to Jupiter 138kV Transmission Line Underbuild Engineering Services Agreement

Purchase Justification:
This request is to obtain surveying and electrical and design engineering services to support the reconstruction of overhead distribution facilities as part of the GP&L College to Jupiter 138kV Transmission Line Reconstruction project.  These services will support the relocation of approximately 1.17 miles of overhead distribution structures including all existing service taps, risers, and pole-mounted equipment. 
Evaluation:
R-Delta Engineers was selected as the Most Qualified firm for this project from RFQ 753-19.  R-Delta was selected based on their previous engineering work on this transmission line, which negates the need for additional GPS and transmission studies.
