Interactive Voice Response System for Customer Service
This request is to purchase a replacement Interactive Voice Response system (IVR) for Customer Service. The current IVR is outdated and will not integrate to the new utility billing Customer Information System (CIS). The existing system will be replaced and functionality will be be expanded to include Customer Service and Environmental Waste Services.
The IVR will be provided by Selectron Technologies, Inc., through the GSA Schedule 70 Cooperative Purchasing Contract
GS-35F-0315X. Selectron Technologies, Inc., provides the IVR platform currently used for Building Permits.
