Summary of Request/Problem
At the February 5, 2019 Council Work Session, Council discussed an ordinance to resolve bike share issues and the regulation of motorized scooters.
Recommendation/Action Requested and Justification
Approve an ordinance amending Chapter 32 "Property Sanitation and Housing Services," of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Garland adding Subsection 32.53 regarding rental bicycles and rental motorized scooters.
