Purchase Justification:
This request is to provide professional engineering services necessary for the preparation of an Environmental Assessment (EA) and Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) Application for the proposed Concho Bluff 345kV Transmission Line Project.  Services will include data collection, field reconnaissance, environmental assessments, and CCN preparation and filing.  The selected firm will also provide CCN application and interconnect option engineering support services. 
Evaluation:

Burns & McDonnell was selected as the Most Qualified firm for this project from the short list of consultants evaluated and scored in RFQ 942-17.
