Purchase Justification:
This request provides civil, structural, and design engineering services for the construction of the GP&L King Mountain Switch Station.  The station will be configured as a five-bay breaker-and-a-half switching station, with five 345kV circuit breakers in the first and fifth bays.  The selected firm will also provide project management services and construction activity support before, during, and post-construction.
Evaluation:

Power Engineers was selected as the Most Qualified firm for this project from the short list of consultants evaluated and scored in RFQ 0942-17.
