5.   OLD BUSINESS
a.     Coach Fenn Park re-construction project. Bob and Caleta will report on Kaboom and other opportunities for  grants. Continue discussions with Boys & Girls Club. Report on working session 11/5/20. Create plan for completion
b.     Pioneer Park completion of honored pioneer plaques. Bob will present findings on bronze plaques and Sue will report on ADA requirements and any other resources found for plaques. Mike will report on budget for plaques. Caleta will report on grants found that may help. Discuss and determine process to be presented to Commission.
c.    
Volunteer Park Ranger Program. Martha will present a summary of findings from the survey. Committee to determine recommendation to the Commission.
d.     
Completion of Special Use Permit for vendors in City Parks. Mike will provide update on status and schedule for implementation.
e.     
Renaming of the formerly PAL (Police Athletic League) Park.
f.      
Request for shirts. Mike will report findings.
 
6.   NEW BUSINESS

Preparation and schedule for presentation at Commission Conference Agenda.
