Any interested party may attend the City Commission meeting in person or submit comments on agenda items in writing to the City Clerk no later than noon on the day of the meeting.  All meetings are broadcast live on Comcast Cable TV Channel 27 or streamed live online at www.cityoffortpierce.com.
 
Comments on agenda items should be submitted via email to
lcox@cityoffortpierce.com; comments must include your name and address to be read into the record.   The City Clerk will read all comments on agenda items submitted by the deadline. Immediately following adjournment, please move toward the doors and exit the chambers.   This allows for the safe and courteous exit of all persons, and those on the dais.  Conversations after the meeting should be held outside of chambers, in the foyer or elsewhere, but not in the commission chambers where lights will be out as soon as the chambers are empty.
