Salty4Eleven LLC dba Cobb's Landing Lease
Approve lease extension between the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency and Salty4Eleven LLC for an additional five (5) years beginning June 30, 2021 as provided for in the existing lease agreement for the operation of Cobb's Landing.
Formal request from Salty4Eleven LLC to extend the lease between the City of Fort Pierce and Salty4Eleven LLC for an additional 5 years beginning on June 30, 2021.

Pursuant to the terms of the lease agreeement, Tenant shall pay 7.25% of all gross revenue and sales (exclusive of sales tax) or $6,500 per month, whichever is greater.
