Please sign the sign-up sheet in order to speak.  Please limit your comments to no more than five (5) minutes, as this section of the Agenda is limited to thirty minutes.  The Parks Advisory Committee will not be able to take any official action under “Comments from the Public” section.

6.   OLD BUSINESS
a. Coach Fenn Park re-construction project. Caleta will present findings from surveys and other meetings conducted. Create plan for completion.

b. Pioneer Park completion of honored pioneer plaques. Discuss a process for determining names for the plaques. Recommend a group to determine the names – Caleta will do more research for suggestions. Mike will have costs for engraving and other options for consideration.

c. Volunteer Park Ranger Program. Discuss research of other jurisdictions via survey or online and other steps in the process in order to make a recommendation to the Commission.

d. Completion of Special Use Permit for vendors in City Parks. Mike will provide update from City Attorney on status and schedule for implementation.

e. Update on Jaycee Park Ordinance from October 5th Commission meeting.

f. Jaycee Park signage for non-motorized watercraft launching area
 
 
7.   NEW BUSINESS
a, Renaming of the formerly PAL (Police Athletic League) Park
