RECOMMENDATION:
Authorize the purchase and installation of office furniture, in accordance with Phase I of the City Hall Tenant Improvement project, from Corporate Interior Systems utilizing the State of Arizona's Cooperative Contract ADSPO18-211720 Furniture, Products & Services, in an amount not to exceed $22,705.03.
PROPOSED MOTION:
I move to approve the purchase and installation of office furniture utilizing the State of Arizona's Cooperative Contract ADSPO18-211720 as presented. 
BACKGROUND:
Phase I of the El Mirage City Hall Tenant Improvement Project includes services and furnishings to convert the City Hall Gateway Conference Room into three new staff offices and other minor modifications to current workstations.  Modifications are required to accommodate the merger of divisions.  Construction of the project was awarded at the June 16, 2020, Council Meeting.  Furniture shall be provided by Corporate Interior Systems (CIS) utilizing the State of Arizona's Cooperative Contract.  Additional estimates were sought by two other suppliers; CIS provided the lowest pricing. (CIP Activity No. 62110)
