RECOMMENDATION:

Approve the designation of Deputy City Manager/Finance Director Robert Nilles as the City of El Mirage Chief Fiscal Officer as required by Arizona Revised Statutes §41-1279.07(E).

PROPOSED MOTION:

I move to approve resolution R 20-07-13 as presented.

BACKGROUND:

Arizona Revised Statutes §41-1279.07(E) requires this action be taken by the Council to designate an individual to sign and attest to the accuracy of the Alternative Expenditure Limitation Report (AELR).
