Consider Preliminary Plat P-317-18; Parkerville Meadows, Phase Three. Located approximately 1,820 feet south of Parkerville Road and approximately 2,000 feet east of Westmoreland Road, consisting of 114 residential lots and containing 34.375 acres. Applicant and Property Owner: Keith Davis.
SUMMARY:
This is the third of five (5) phases of the Parkerville Meadows residential development. As shown on the plat, there will be three (3) access points into this phase. The first through Copper Drive, the second from Canterbury Trail and the last from Wentwood Drive.

This phase will connect with the City of Glenn Heights with Wentwood Drive connecting to Heritage Boulevard in Glenn Heights, which adjoins Frank Moates Elementary.

The detention pond is located to the far southeast corner of the plat to the east of Lots 1-5, Block P.

This plat meets the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance, as well as the Zoning Ordinance and PD-90.

RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL:  AYES:     6   NAYS:    0

RECOMMENDATION: The Planning and Zoning Commission considered this request at its March 12, 201,9 meeting and recommended the motion to: Approve Preliminary Plat P-317-18; Parkerville Meadows, Phase Three.

Staff recommends approval of the preliminary plat for Parkerville Meadows, Phase Three.
COUNCIL ACTION
Motion by Councilmember Moore with a second by Councilmember Brown-Patrick to approve as presented. Motion passes 7-0.
