NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
OF COPPERAS COVE, TEXAS

 
An agenda information packet is available for public inspection
on the City’s Web Page, www.copperascovetx.gov,
under the "Government" tab.
 
In accordance with order of the Office of the Governor issued March 16, 2020, the City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Copperas Cove will conduct a telephonic meeting in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called “social distancing”) to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). In-person attendance will be permitted subject to social distancing guidelines established by the Governor and health guidelines established by the City.
 
The Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting will be held on November 23, 2020, at 6:00 pm
in the Technology Center at 508 S. 2nd Street, Copperas Cove, Texas 76522, at which time the following subjects will be discussed:.
 
The public may participate in this meeting by the following method:

The public will be permitted to offer public comments telephonically as provided by the agenda and as permitted by the presiding officer during the meeting.  Written questions or comments may be submitted up to two hours before the meeting via email to Lisa Wilson, City Secretary at lwilson@copperascovetx.gov.  
 
A recording of the telephonic meeting will be made and will be available to the public in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act upon written request.
