AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Presentation and discussion on the review of the Interest List and Intake processes.
BACKGROUND/HISTORY:
The September 12, 2017 meeting of the IDD Services Planning and Network advisory committee requested an internal review of Intake processes to develop a more efficient and streamlined process from application to the completion of eligibility determination. The advisory committee further requested a review of the process for adding an individual to the Medicaid waiver interest lists.
DISCUSSION:
Presentation on:
  • Interest List process review; and,
  • Intake process review.
