Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Wickenburg Town Council and to the general public that the Town Council will hold a meeting open to the public on the above date, time, and location. Minutes of its proceedings shall be taken and filed with the Town Clerk for Public Inspection. Council Members may attend the meeting telephonically or electronically occasionally.

ACTION MAY BE TAKEN BY THE COUNCIL ON ANY ITEM LISTED ON THIS AGENDA. Revisions to the agenda can occur up to 24 hours prior to the meeting. Revisions appear in all italic print.  Council may decide to change the order in which items are heard at the meeting.

Meeting Times
Welcome to this Wickenburg Town Council meeting. Regular Council meetings are usually held the first and third Monday of each month at 5:30 PM in the Wickenburg Council Chambers, although the date or time may change and additional meetings may be called at other times and/or places. Contact the Town Clerk or watch for posted agendas for other meetings.

Remote Participation
Members of the public may attend in person or by watching Cox Cable Channel 11, Facebook Live, or by calling into a conference call at 1-253-215-8782 meeting ID 533-193-3281 (alternate phone number 1-301-715-8592). If you want to make a comment regarding an item or Call to the Public and are not able to attend the meeting, please email your comments of 250 words or less to by noon on Monday and they will be read into the record. Please note in the email what agenda item you want your comments read. If you are attending in person, you will need to fill out a Speaker Form and come to the podium when your name is called.

Speaking at Meetings
If you are interested in speaking to the Council during the Call to the Public or Public Hearings, you must fill out a speaker card (located at the entrance door) and deliver it to the Town Clerk prior to the convening of the meeting.
All persons attending the Council meeting, whether speaking to the Council or not, are expected to observe the Council rules, as well as the rules of politeness, propriety, decorum and good conduct. Any person interfering with the conduct of the meeting or otherwise not following the Council rules will be removed from the meeting.

To better serve the citizens of Wickenburg and others attending our meetings, the Council Chambers are wheelchair and handicapped accessible. An executive session pursuant to (1) A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the Town Attorney; (2) A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(4) for discussion or consultation with the Town Attorney regarding the Town’s position and to instruct the Town Attorney regarding a contract that is the subject of negotiations; and (3) A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A)(7) for discussions or consultations with designated representatives of the Town in order to consider the Town’s position and instruct its representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale, or lease of real property; all related to real property consisting of the Wise Owl and R&R Respite building located at 246 and 256 W Washington St. and the Soroptomist Building at 74 W Wickenburg Way.
