Consider two purchase order requisitions for Brasier Asphalt Inc. of Albuquerque for Nova Chip pavement maintenance in the amounts of $458,920.34 and $352,498.55. (Roebuck/Najar)

Two locations have been programmed for Nova Chip (plant mix wearing course overlay) pavement maintenance:

1. N. Atkinson Ave. – from College Blvd. to Tierra Berrenda

2. E. College Blvd. – from Main St. to Atkinson Ave.

 

Two purchase orders are required due to funding:

1. N. Atkinson Ave. – is 100% City funding

2. E. College Blvd. – is 50% City and 50% NMDOT.

 

Please note these locations will require separate purchase orders for striping which will be needed to complete pavement operations.
