Consider approval of Mayor Kintigh's recommendations for the Roswell Museum & Art Center Board of Trustees. Four year terms. (Perry/Coll)
  • Position 2 - Tim Hartwick (1st four year term)
  • Position 4 - Jessica Parham (2nd four year term)
  • Position 6 - Anne Baker (2nd four year term)
  • Position 8 - Harry "Kyle" Bayless (1st four year term)
  • Position 10 - Lorrina Segovia (2nd four year term)

The Board has eleven members. Board members shall each serve a four-year term.

There are no financial costs.
LEGAL REVIEW:
Vacancies on Boards are filled under Roswell City Code Sec. 2-97(b)(1): “The mayor, with the advice and the consent of the city council, shall appoint all board members".
