2nd public hearing and consideration of a request by Gilmore Planning & Landscape Architecture on behalf of the Block Sports Company and Various Landowners for the following land use approvals:
 
a. DSA-17-00087:  General Plan Amendments to the Casa Grande 2020 General Plan identified as "North Segment", "West Segment", and "East Segment" (See Staff Report, Exhibit A, for specific locations and acreages).   (Planner James Gagliardi)

2.   Public hearing and consideration of a request by the City of Casa Grande on behalf of the Mission Royale Active Adult Homeowners Association (HOA), for the following land use approval for property located with the Mission Royale Planned Area Development (PAD):
 
  1. DSA 17-00096:  Major Amendment to the PAD to revise text currently contained within the City-approved Mission Royale PAD zoning guide to match text found within the Mission Royale Adult Village Design Guidelines with regard to standards for front-yard fences. (Planner James Gagliardi)

3.   Public hearing and consideration of the following request by K. Hovnanian Homes:
  1. DSA-17-00105: Housing Product for design review of six new single-family home floor plans consisting of three elevations and eleven color schemes per plan on the 83 empty lots within Parcel 22 of Villago. (Planner Joe Horn).

4.   Public hearing and consideration of the following request by K. Hovnanian Homes:
  1. DSA-17-00120: Housing Product for design review of six new single-family home floor plans consisting of four elevations and eleven color schemes per plan on the 59 empty lots within Parcel 21 of Villago. (Planner Joe Horn).

Public hearing and consideration of a request by Victor D’Souza,
for the following land use request for property located at 115 E. 9th Street:

 aDSA-17-00032: Variance from the City Zoning Code Section 17.20.340A to allow an existing residential addition to have a zero front yard setback from the corner side property line (along Walnut Avenue), where the City Code requires a 20 foot setback from the corner side property line.
