Receive, consider and act upon the conveyance of Creekside Park Section 13- Reserve A and Creekside Park West Section 12 Reserves A and C;
Base annual maintenance cost adding these reserves is $635 which will be added to the master agreement with Bio Landscape, Inc. The majority of reserves within this request for conveyance are forested reserves or fall within the maintenance scope of the Streetscape Agreement. Annual maintenance costs for the Restricted Open Space Reserves (ROSRs) without improvements is limited to as needed tree removal and drainage remediation;
The Woodlands Land Development Company (TWLDC) has submitted the following or conveyance: Creekside Park Section 13- Reserve A and Creekside Park West Section 12 Reserves A and C. Please see Attachments A for the Special Warranty Deeds. The ROSR’s have been inspected and a pre-conveyance report has been provided to TWLDC. No major issues were reported. Legal counsel has completed a review of the Special Warranty Deeds and has found them to be acceptable.
Accept the conveyance by Special Warranty Deeds from The Woodlands Land Development Company, L.P. for Creekside Park Section 13- Reserve A and Creekside Park West Section 12 Reserves A and C.
