|In July of 2013, the Board of Directors adopted the Special Event Policy and Procedures which stipulates Board approval is required for special event permits for certain types of events that may have an impact to the community and surrounding neighborhoods.
A Special Event Permit Application has been received: Children’s Cancer Recovery Foundation (Attachment A)
Date: November 15, 2014. No other race/walk events in the Creekside Park are known to occur on this date.
Description: A walk/run starting along the pathway at Rob Fleming Park, following Creekside Forest Drive to Lake Paloma Trail, to Creekside Green Drive, down to the roundabout at Creekside Forest/Creekside Green Drive and back to the Park along Creekside Forest Drive.

Known events at Park / Community: There are three walks every Saturday starting October 25 – November 8 at this facility that have been approved or are under review
