SUBJECT MATTER:
Receive, consider and act upon the conveyances of reserves in the Village of Creekside Park (Section 4- C, G, J,  5- A, B, C, E, 6-C, 7-F, 8-B and D, 9-C and D, 10-A, B, D, 11- B, C, D, 13- A, 17-B, 19-A, 22, C and D, 24 B, 25 B and C, 27 C, 30 A and B, 31 B, 33 C, 34 B, 35 B, 37 B and C) and in Creekside Park West Section 1-B, C, D, E, and F, 2-A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I, 3- B, C and H, 4- C, F, G, H, 7-B, Section Section 3- Lot 11, Block 1 and Section 7 Lot 8 Block 1);
FISCAL IMPACT:
Annual maintenance costs for adding these reserves including pathways are estimated to be less than $2,000 per year  and will be added to the Park and Pathway Maintenance Services Agreement.
BACKGROUND:
The Woodlands Land Development Company (TWLDC) has submitted the following reserves for conveyance (Attachment A & B) Many of these reserves and pathway segments have been completed for some time. This conveyance is considered  "a catch-up/clean-up" of multiple tracts for conveyance.  

Village of Creekside Park Sections : Section 4  ROSR's C, G, &  J; Section  5, ROSR's  A, B, C,  & E; Section  6, ROSR' C; Section  7, ROSR F; Section 8, ROSR's B & D; Section  9, ROSR's C & D; Section  10, ROSR's A, B,  & D; Section  11, ROSR's  B, C, &  D; Section  13, ROSR  A; Section  17, ROSR B; Section 19, ROSR A; Section  22,ROSR's  C & D; Section 24, ROSR  B; Section 25, ROSR's  B & C; Section 27 ROSR C; Section 30, ROSR's  A & B; Section 31, ROSR B; Section 33 ROSR C; Section 34, ROSR B; Section 35, ROSR B; Section 37, ROSR's  B & C;
 
And the Creekside Park West Sections: Section 1, ROSR's B, C, D, E, & F; Section 2, ROSR's A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, & I; Section 3, ROSR's B, C & H; Section 4, ROSR's C, F, G, & H; Section 7, ROSR B; Section 3, Lot 11, Block 1 and Section 7 Lot 8 Block 1.

The tracts have been inspected and a pre-conveyance report has been provided to TWLDC (Attachment C). No major issues were reported.  A total of 11.99 acres of land and 4,929 feet of pathway will be added to the community’s open space and pathway inventory with this conveyance. Legal counsel has completed a review of the Special Warranty Deed and has found it to be acceptable.
RECOMMENDATION:
Accept the conveyance by Special Warranty Deeds from The Woodlands Land Development Company, L.P. for Village of Creekside Park Sections : Section 4  ROSR's C, G, &  J; Section  5, ROSR's  A, B, C,  & E; Section  6, ROSR' C; Section  7, ROSR F; Section 8, ROSR's B & D; Section  9, ROSR's C & D; Section  10, ROSR's A, B,  & D; Section  11, ROSR's  B, C, &  D; Section  13, ROSR  A; Section  17, ROSR B; Section 19, ROSR A; Section  22, ROSR's C & D; Section 24, ROSR  B; Section 25, ROSR's  B & C; Section 27 ROSR C; Section 30, ROSR's  A & B; Section 31, ROSR B; Section 33 ROSR C; Section 34, ROSR B; Section 35, ROSR B; Section 37, ROSR's  B & C;
