Receive, consider and act upon the conveyances of reserves in Creekside Park West- Section 25- A, B, C and Creekside Park Section 39 & 40 (1 Foot);
Base annual maintenance cost for adding these reserves is very minimal. The reserves (entrance, cul de sac) and the pathway will be added to the Park and Pathway Maintenance Services Agreement.
The Woodlands Land Development Company (TWLDC) has submitted the following reserves for conveyance: Creekside Park West- Section 25- A, B, C and Creekside Park Section 39 & 40 (1 Foot). The ROSR’s have been inspected and a pre-conveyance report has been provided to TWLDC. A total of 1.954 acres of land and 290 feet of pathway will be added to the community’s open space and pathway inventory with this conveyance. No major issues were reported. Legal counsel has completed a review of the Special Warranty Deed and has found it to be acceptable.
Accept the conveyance by Special Warranty Deed from The Woodlands Land Development Company, L.P. for Creekside Park West- Section 25- A, B, C and Creekside Park Section 39 & 40 (1 Foot).
