Receive, consider and act upon a Special Event Permit for the Walk MS Woodlands;
The facility reservation fee related to this event will be $1,000.
In July of 2013, the Board of Directors adopted the Special Event Policy and Procedures which stipulates that Board approval is required for special event permits for certain types of events that may have an impact to the community and surrounding neighborhoods.

A Special Event Permit Application has been received: Walk MS Woodlands (attached)
Date: October 25 No other events in the Village of Creekside Park are known to occur on this date
Description: 5k and 1 mile walk
Location: Rob Fleming Park 
Area Impacted: Village of Creekside Park – Creekside Forest Dr. , Creekside Green Dr., New Harmony, Lake Paloma Trail, beginning and ending at Rob Fleming Park.
Time: 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Anticipated Attendance: 950
Traffic Control Plan: Approved by Harris County Constable Precinct 4
It is recommended to approve the Special Event Permit for the Walk MS Woodlands.
