SUBJECT MATTER:
Receive, consider, and act upon a conveyance of Creekside Park West Section 22, Restricted Reserves A, B & C and an Assignment of Pathway Easement; 
FISCAL IMPACT:
Base annual maintenance cost for adding these reserves is projected to be minimal, less than $1,000 per year. The maintenance of the reserves and pathway will be added to the Park and Pathway Maintenance Services Agreement with Brightview.
BACKGROUND:
The Woodlands Land Development Company (TWLDC) has submitted the following reserves for conveyance: Creekside Park West Section 22- Restricted Reserve A, B & C and an assignment of a pathway easement which lies adjacent to Creekside Junior High School on Creekside Green (Attachment A). 

The restricted reserves have been inspected and a pre-conveyance report has been provided to TWLDC. No major issues were reported. A total of 2.473 acres of land will be added to the community’s open space inventory and approximately 2,755 feet of pathway with this conveyance. Legal counsel has completed a review of the Special Warranty Deed and Assignment of Pathway Easement has found them to be acceptable.  
RECOMMENDATION:
Accept the conveyance by Special Warranty Deed from The Woodlands Land Development Company, L.P. for Creekside Park West Section 22- Restricted Reserves A, B & C and the Assignment of Pathway Easement as presented and authorize the President/ General Manager to execute the necessary documents.
