Receive, consider and act upon the conveyance of a portion of the Unrestricted Reserve “A”, Block 1 of The Woodlands Creekside Park Village Center, Section 6 - Creekside Green Village Park and related Access Easements;
Base annual maintenance cost for the park is estimated to be $10,000 which includes daily park and weekly all weather turf maintenance. These costs will be added to the master agreements of Bio Landscape, Inc. and Brickman (all weather turf) and maintenance cost related to the sprayground will be addressed through the Aquatic Operations budget.
The Woodlands Development Company, through CSPV Holdings, LLC has submitted a portion of Unrestricted Reserve “A”, Block 1 of The Woodlands Creekside Park Village Center, Section 6, known as Creekside Village Green Park. This will be the 133rd park in the community’s system. Please see Attachment A for the Special Warranty Deed and related Access Easements.
The area park of .407 acres, includes the community’s 5th sprayground which will operate on the same season as the others in the community (March 1-October 31), shade structures, parking spaces and an open play area covered in all-weather turf. The park has been inspected and a pre-conveyance report has been provided to TWLDC. No major issues were reported. Legal counsel has completed a review of the Special Warranty Deed and has found it to be acceptable. The Access Easements are necessary to provide the Township public access to restrooms and for Township operational access to electrical rooms with connections to the park.
