SUBJECT MATTER:
Receive, consider and act upon  Conveyance of Village of Creekside Park West Sec. 9 ROSR's A,B & C and Section 14 ROSR's A & B;
FISCAL IMPACT:
Base annual maintenance cost adding these reserves is estimated to be $5400.10 ($1,140 Lake and Pond, $4,183.60 for park and in-tracts, $76.50 for pathway maintenance) which includes base serves for lake and pond maintenance and park and pathway maintenance. These costs will be added to the master agreements of Bio Landscape, Inc and Lake Pro. Annual maintenance costs for the Restricted Open Space Reserves (ROSRs) without improvements is limited to as needed tree removal and drainage remediation.
BACKGROUND:
The Woodlands Land Development Company (TWLDC) has submitted the following Restricted Open Space Reserves (ROSR) for conveyance: Creekside Park West Section 9- ROSR's A, B, C and Section 14- ROSR's A and B.

Creekside Park West Section 9- Reserve A, includes Hamlin Lakes which will be the 131st park in the community’s system. In addition, 2,245 linear feet of pathway will be added to the system. Please see Attachments A for the Special Warranty Deeds. The ROSR’s have been inspected and a pre-conveyance report has been provided to TWLDC. No major issues were reported. Legal counsel has completed a review of the Special Warranty Deed and has found it to be acceptable.
RECOMMENDATION:
Accept the conveyance by Special Warranty Deed from The Woodlands Land Development Company, L.P. for Creekside Park West Section 9- Reserves A, B, C and Section 14- Reserves A and B
